What we work on together

Every person who walks in carries a different history, a different set of pressures, and a different definition of what getting better looks like. These are the areas where I focus — and where I have the deepest experience.

Trauma Recovery

Processing what you've been carrying.

Trauma doesn't always look like a single catastrophic event. For many high-achieving professionals, it accumulates — in the form of chronic stress, early experiences, workplace incidents, or the slow erosion of repeated exposure to others' pain. I use EMDR and trauma-focused CBT to help you process what's stuck, reduce the physiological charge of difficult memories, and move forward without the weight of the past dictating your present.

Burnout & Resilience

Rebuilding from the inside out.

Burnout isn't laziness or weakness — it's what happens when the demands placed on a person consistently exceed their capacity to recover. For driven professionals, it often goes unrecognized until it becomes a crisis. We'll work to identify the specific drivers of your depletion, rebuild sustainable rhythms, and reconnect you with the sense of purpose that brought you to your work in the first place.

Anxiety

Quieting the noise without numbing the signal.

High-functioning anxiety is particularly common among high achievers — it often looks like conscientiousness, thoroughness, or drive. But underneath, it's exhausting. We'll work to distinguish productive concern from unproductive rumination, develop practical regulation tools, and address the underlying patterns that keep anxiety running in the background of your life.

Executive & Leadership Wellness

The cost of always being the one with answers.

Leadership is isolating in ways that are rarely acknowledged. The pressure to project confidence, the weight of decisions that affect others, the absence of peers who truly understand — these create a particular kind of loneliness and stress. This work is confidential, pragmatic, and designed for people who need to keep functioning at a high level while also doing the internal work that makes that sustainable.

First Responders & Healthcare Professionals

For those who show up for everyone else.

The mental health needs of first responders and healthcare workers are distinct — shaped by occupational culture, secondary trauma, moral injury, and a professional identity that often makes asking for help feel like a liability. I understand that culture, and I work within it rather than against it. Sessions are direct, practical, and built around what actually helps people in high-stakes roles.

How It Works

Practical details

Session length

Standard sessions are 60 minutes. Extended 80-minute sessions are available for EMDR and intensive trauma work.

Frequency

Most clients begin with weekly sessions. As progress is made, we'll adjust frequency based on what's most useful.

Telehealth

All services are available via secure telehealth. I work with clients across the state and, for certain services, nationwide.

Fees

Session fees are discussed during the initial consultation. A sliding scale is available for a limited number of clients.

Not sure where to start?

That's completely normal. A free 20-minute consultation is a low-pressure way to talk through what's going on and figure out whether this is the right fit.
